Our sunny summers give the wheat a mild and soft character, with aromas of fine nuts and spicy malt, rounded off with cardamom and cinnamon. We plant, harvest and roast our wheat in northern Pomerania.

Our grain coffee is naturally unsweetened and caffeine free - contains gluten.

• Ingredients: Cardamom and cinnamon from organic farming
  

Preparation:

• for the French press pots
• Pour 7–9 g (= one coffee scoop) per cup of hot water over the tea
• Let it brew for 3 minutes, stir, done
• or Turkish preparation – brewing in the cup
